Behind the art
Henrix is a contemporary and pop artist whose work carries the energy of a live stage into paintings, character worlds, and collector spaces.
Brazilian-born and Miami-raised, he creates original paintings, canvas editions, custom commissions, Future Expressionism, and The Mutants.
The point of view
Henrix is drawn to the tension between beauty and distortion. Familiar faces, cultural figures, color, humor, and exaggerated features become a way to show personality instead of polish.
The work is made for people who connect with art that changes the room and refuses to disappear into it. That point of view runs through everything, even when the subject, medium, or story changes.
From stage to studio
Before focusing on visual art, Henrix built an international career as a DJ and music producer. He performed at major festivals, held a Las Vegas residency at Mandalay Bay, released top 10 music, and learned how to hold attention in real time.
Painting became a new language for the same instincts: rhythm, tension, timing, storytelling, and the energy between an artist and an audience.
Two creative pillars
Future Expressionism and The Mutants can share visual traits without becoming the same thing. Keeping them distinct makes both ideas clearer and gives each room to grow.

The practice
Henrix creates in the studio and in front of live audiences. Performance painting preserves the immediacy of his music background while studio work allows ideas, surfaces, and character stories to develop layer by layer.
Works may combine acrylic, oil, spray paint, resin, diamond dust, digital elements, canvas, and wood panel. The material choices change with the piece, but the intention stays consistent.
Selected recognition
Henrix's work has entered private collections, hospitality spaces, galleries, and art events across South Florida and beyond.
